Our Pre-Cooked Pinsa Romana Bases Are Fully Hand-Made
following a totally artisanal preparation process. After a natural 72-hour slow rising process, our Pinsa makers spread each base out by hand. The bases are then cooked very rapidly, and deep frozen to keep their taste and freshness intact.
All our Pinsas are made with yeast, no preservatives or additives added.
